Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Because many of our tools are hand-forged and made to order, lead times can vary depending on current workload and the type of item. If your order includes a custom tool, additional time will be required, and we will communicate timing clearly throughout the process.

Once your order is ready, it will be securely packaged and shipped using a reliable carrier. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We take care to ensure every tool leaves the shop in excellent condition and arrives ready for use. If you have any questions about timing or need something by a certain date, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be satisfied with your tools.

Standard (non-custom) items may be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in original condition. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order so we can help you through the process.

Due to the nature of custom work, all custom orders are considered final sale. However, if there is ever an issue with workmanship or a defect, please reach out—we will make it right.
